1.Terms of use of the BonPos online store 1.1 This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is an offer of terms and conditions for the use of the BonPos online store located on the Internet at bonpos.cz , represented by the administration of the online store and an individual (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer), and regulates the terms and conditions for providing information to the Buyer on the Site. 1.2 The buyer of the online store is any natural or legal person who has ever accessed the Site and has reached the age permitted to accept this Agreement. 1.3 Buyer should fully read this Agreement before registering on the Site. Buyer's registration on the Site shall constitute Buyer's full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. 4.9 In the event of problems with the use of the bonpos.cz Website, disagreement with certain parts of the User Agreement, or if you receive false information from third parties, offensive information or other unacceptable information, you should contact the administration of the bonpos.cz Website so that the Website Administration can analyze and eliminate the relevant defects, limit and prevent you from receiving unwanted information on the Website, and, if necessary, limit or terminate the service obligations of any User and Customer who intentionally violates the terms of the Agreement and the operation of the Website. 4.10 Accordingly, the Site Administration reserves the right to remove information posted on the Site and to take technical and legal measures to prevent access to the Site by users who, in the opinion of the Site Administration, cause problems in the use of the Site by others. Users or Users who violate the requirements of the Agreement 5 Procedure for the Agreement 5.1 This Agreement is a contract. The Site Administration reserves the right to amend this Agreement and introduce a new Agreement. Such changes shall become effective upon their publication on the Site. The User's use of the Site is exclusively within the framework of the Agreement and the legislation of the Czech Republic regarding intellectual property rights. 5.4 All trademarks and trade names mentioned in the materials on this Site are the property of their respective owners. 5.5 The User agrees not to duplicate, repeat or copy any part of the Site, unless such permission is granted by the Site administration. 5.6 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Matters not covered by this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
