2. Delivery Terms

• Goods are delivered through contractual carriers to the address provided by the customer in the order.
• Delivery time is usually 1–3 working days from order confirmation.
• The shipping cost is displayed during the order process before completion.

3. Cancellation Policy

• The customer has the right to cancel the order before it is dispatched by sending an e-mail to bonposcz@gmail.com.
• If the order has already been shipped, it can be returned in accordance with Section 4 of these terms.

4. Refund Policy

• The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
• The goods must be returned undamaged, complete, and in the original packaging.
• Money will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

• If an agreement cannot be reached, the customer may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz), which is the competent authority for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution.
