The management of the e-shop bonpos.cz (hereinafter referred to as the "seller") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the European GDPR regulation and applicable Czech legislation. 2. Delivery Terms

Goods are delivered through contractual carriers to the address provided by the customer in the order.
Delivery time is usually 1–3 working days from order confirmation.
The shipping cost is displayed during the order process before completion.

3. Cancellation Policy

The customer has the right to cancel the order before it is dispatched by sending an e-mail to bonposcz@gmail.com.
If the order has already been shipped, it can be returned in accordance with Section 4 of these terms.

4. Refund Policy

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
The goods must be returned undamaged, complete, and in the original packaging.
Money will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between the customer and the seller shall be resolved primarily by agreement.
If an agreement cannot be reached, the customer may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz), which is the competent authority for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution.
Disputes can also be resolved via the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
